OK, before I start really posting, here is something about me and my family. I am a 30 something woman who lives and works in Singapore with S my husband and my almost 7 year old twins, doctor (a girl) and pilot (a boy). The nicks because one wants to be a doctor and the other a pilot. They are in Primary 1 in a school here.

I also have a domestic helper V who has been with me for the past 7 months and about whom I will probably be ranting some times. She started off as being the perfect helper, no attitude, always willing to do what I asked her to do and was a great help when we moved to this new, bigger home some four months back. But in the last few months, she has started slacking on her work, gives me loads of attitude ad if I say something to her, tells me off for doing so.  I am so fed up with her, I am almost sure that I will not renew her contract when it ends in January 2012. In fact, I have decided not to give her a bonus also at the end of the contract and just give her small bonuses for the festival season.
